Within the R&DAR your process is tested against Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that are characteristic of frontrunners in the field of technology-driven innovations. Within the R&DAR© all key phases of the RD&I process are assessed: from strategy and ideation to idea selection, RD&I Portfolio management, funding, implementation, and exploitation. HOW DOES IT WORK?
